Called to Order by Chairman Frazier at 9:50am.

Council Late: Derek B, Ed W.
Absent: none.  1 seat vacant.

Vern Traversie Letter presented to Council for hotel and travel to Rapid City for his lawsuit against RC Regional .  Council listen to Vern.
Motion to Refer to the Chairman’s Office PASSED.  Also going to look into Security for Mr Traversie.

Secretary’s Report
Completed the September 2014 minutes.
Motion to approve the September 2014 minutes. PASSED.

Executive Resolutions
Motion to approve E-1-2015CR GFP Fishing, Furbearer, Prairie Dog, Bobcat, PASSED.
Motion to approve E-13-2015CR Tribal Transportation Program funding 7 areas. PASSED.
Motion to approve E-39-2015CR Medicene Wheel Village $130,784 funding for Dec. PASSED.
Motion to approve E-40-2015CR Medicene Wheel Village $132,318 Jan funding. Passed.
Motion to approve E- 41 -2015CR Close Up $13,860.  Passed.
Motion to approve E-44-2015CR to contract Johnson Omalley programs in Public School Dupree and Head start. Passed.
Motion to approve E-45-2015CR contract Johson Omalley Public Schools: Pierre, TImber Lake and Eagle Butte. Passed.
