I wanted to share the report I prepared for the District 5 (aka Old Agency) meeting held on Oct. 29, 2013 at the CR Elderly Nutrition Center. I am also getting papers together to give separate report on the Range Unit Allocations and Ord. 71 Grazing Law changes but that will be at a later date. For this District Meeting there was no quorum (needed more community members) so was unable to give a formal address to District for reporting.
